Correspondence Report: Nancy Cordova will send out thank you cards for monies sent into
the SCV Historical Society.
Treasurer's Report: Duane Harte discussed the report and statements are attached with these
minutes. (See attached report)

Nominating Committee: no report

Membership Report: Memberships are coming in. Nancy Cordova and Sue Yurosek would
like a new list of new members coming in, please include the life member from Jeff
Boultinghouse, please give a new list to Pat Saletore and update the new list each month per
request of Laurene W este, and Nancy Cordova, they will write a note to thank the listed
members.
It was noted that speakers who come the SCV Historical Society will receive a one year
complimentary membership.

School Tours Report: Barbara Martinelli stated several tours are coming up. She noted, the
Questers' helped out with the last tours and they did a wonderful job, Nancy Cordova will send
the Questers' a thank you card for helping out with the tours.

Gift Shop Report: No report given

black, Ayesha Saletore would like a check for the Hart Mansion museum, which was set up my
