May 21, 1990

Meeting was called to order at 7:16 PM by President Paul Kreutzer at
the Saugus Train Station. The following Board members were present:

0 Minutes of the April 23, 1990 Board Meeting were approved as corrected.

Minutes of the May 16, 1990 General Meeting were approved as read.

Treasurer~s Report: April report handed out. M/S/P to file report as read
for audit.

Correspondence:
Newsletters were noted and posted.
Letter from CPA to IRS reminding them that we are on fiscal year basis
and do not need to file May 15 forms.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
A. EXECUTIVE .... COMM.ITTEE.:. No new business to report.
B. OLDE ..... .TOWNE .......... DAYS.:. 66 T-shirts still left to sell. Budget sheet
attached; some adjustments still to be figured. More accurate report next
month.
C. MEMBERSHIP~ 248 current members, 9 ahead of this time last year.
Since March 10 new members added. 71 members did not renew from 1989.
"Address Correction Requested" now on Dispatch.
D. CURATOR: .ti 2 1 SOD
Grant of $a,OOQ given from Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy to help
with brochures and historical displays. Work continues on this.
Map cabinets and display cases brochure shown. Proposal to be
submitted at next month's meeting.
Roger Olivier donated items pertaining to Station.
Suggestion made to build a trail from San Francisquito Road to the Dam
site. Eagle Scout Project?
