              Where  two  or  more  addresses  are given,  the  home  address  precedes.  In  many
           instances,  members  have  given  the  home  addresses  of  their  families,  as  being  more
           permanent mailing addresses,  thus  accounting  for  two  home addresses,  or home  and
           business  addresses  in  different  cities.  Wherever  the  two  addresses,  however,  are  in
           the  same  city,  the  city  and  state are  indicated  but  once.
              Names  in  italics,  with  one  star,  indicate  men  who  lost  their  lives  in  the  war;
           names in  italics,  with  two  stars,  indicate men  who  have  died  since the war.  In these
           instances  the  names  and  addresses  of  their  parents,  or  nearest  rclati ves,  where
           known,  are  given  as  Honorary  Members  of  the  Association.
              C.  A.  indicates  former  section  chefs,  and  S.  C.,  former  sous-chefs.
              Section  numbers  precede  the  names,  and  the  year  or  years  during  which  each
           man  served,  follow.
