111. INFLUENT MONITORING PROGRAM '
The Discharger shall conduct influent monitoring at the site. A representative sample shall be
collected from' the established Main (Area 11) Treatment System influent sampling station. The
Main (Area 11) Treatment System influent shall be monitored for the duration' of its operation in
accordance with the following influent monitoring program:
