0. ENFORCEMENT

1. The Director shall be responsible for the enforcement of this

agreement on behalf of County and shall be assisted therein by those officers

and employees of County having duties in ·connection with the administration

thereof.

2. In the event either party commences legal proceedings for the

enforcement of this agreement or recovery of the premises used herein, losing

party does hereby agree to pay any sum which may be awarded to prevailing

party by the court for attorney's fees and -cost incurred in the action

brought thereon.
