1971
Curriculum at Canyon High had witnessed many
changes in the 1970-71 school year. These changes
were aimed at increasing student awareness, student
involvement, and preparing the students for college
by giving them more responsibilities and a chance to
make their own decisions.
Interest was gained by stimulating the students'
curiosity with a kaleidoscopic variety of courses. A
person was sure to find classes in each department
that held some particular interest for him.
