Official Automobile Club of Southern California (AAA) "Automobile Road from San Fernando to Caswell's via Bouquet Canyon, Elizabeth Lake and Antelope Valley." Undated (or date illegible); probably early 1920s. Note: This is not the Ridge Route, which is to the west of this grid. A section of the Ridge Route is inset at the top of this map. The reverse (see below) advises Auto Club members to patronize the "official" AAA-approved hotels and garages — in Newhall, the White Star Garage, and in Saugus, the Saugus Garage.
