Throughout the valley, personal and business
belongings were tossed and broken. The
image of a refrigerator's contents dumped to
the floor (above) was a familiar one to many
residents, and the offices at City Hall (left) met
the same fate as many others in the valley.
Valencia National Bank (top, left), housed in
the same building as City Hall, had no choice
but to remain closed.
