Super Mexican Dish

Ingredients a

ll lbs. hamburger (or more)
1 medium onion
1 can tomato paste
2 Tbl. chili powder
1 large can whole corn
1 pkg~ .corn tortillas
1 lb. jack cheese

Combines

Brown hamburger with onion & chili
powder , add tomato paste & 2 cans
water. In loaf cake pan 9 x 13 x 2
layer as follows, tortillas, meat
mixture, corn, cheeses continue
until mixture is gone, end with
cheese. Put in oven until cheese
melts. 350 degrees.

Serves 8

Hints Very good with just a green
salad.
