       Dial only W~ndsor  Numbers.  Place all other calls with  Operator.






    STATION  CALLS . . . just say to  the Operator,   OVERSEAS CALLS .. . just say to the Operator,
      "I  want  (city),  (telephone  number)."  This  is   "I wish to  place an Overseas Call to (country)."
      when  you  will  talk  with  anyone  who  answers.   The Overseas Operator will then assist you.  The
