following schedule effective January 1, 2010:

service.
2. Based on actual material costs.
3. Cost of sending a late notice reminder through our billing outsource vendor, and
staff’s labor time with benefits.
4. To discourage illegal activities.
* SCWD has the meter calibrated after the meter has been rechecked three times
and the customer still disagrees with the results.
