Map of Spanish and Mexican Land Grants of Los Angeles County by Gerald A. Eddy. Date unkown; created sometime prior to 1949, when it was distributed by the Title Insurance and Trust Company of Los Angeles. Be sure to click & enlarge the map.

As of 1920, Eddy worked in the art department of the Los Angeles Examiner newspaper.

This is typical fare for the Title Insurance and Trust Company of Los Angeles (later known as TICOR), which used a lot of ephemera depicting archetypes of Old Spanish Days as promotional materiel.
