For Californians, legalizing marijuana seems closer than ever. Marijuana is the number one used drug in the United States. California, currently one of 14 states, allows people to grow and consume marijuana for medical purposes.
Advocates for legalizing marijuana officially secured enough signatures to put a referendum on the California ballot this November.
