Video produced by Nick Robles of the city of Santa Clarita for the "Celebration of Life" service for Jo Anne Darcy, held Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, at the Newhall Family Theater for the Performing Arts (Newhall School Auditorium). Darcy, a key figure in the 1987 city formation effort, as well as a founding member of the Santa Clarita City Council and four-time city mayor, died Oct. 29, 2017, following a lengthy illness.
