Samuel "Sam" Spiegel of Santa Clarita, Calif., passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, 23 Kislev 5774.
Sam is survived by his wife, Etta Spiegel; his children, Caren (Walter) Lake, Andrew (Dianna) Spiegel, Bruce (Zeda) Spiegel; his nephew, Michael Spiegel; and his grandchilren, Elizabeth Lake, Evan Spiegel, Walter Lake, Samantha Spiegel, and five great-grandchildren.
Sam is a veteran of the United States Army Air Corps, and is a member of the Jewish War Veterans and the American War Veterans.
Services will be held Friday, Nov. 29, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Groman Eden Chapel. Burial will follow at Eden Memorial Park, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, CA 91345.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Sam's name to City of Hope.
