Milford "Mel" Dolin, 83, of Newhall, CA, passed away peacefully at his home on August 15, 2019 in Newhall. Visitation will be 4-8pm, Friday August 23 at Eternally Valley Memorial Park & Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at a later time in West Virginia by Handley Funeral Home. Milford was born in Julian to Preston Dolin & Ollie Purdue on August 17, 1935. He went to school at Scott High School, Madison, West Virginia. He married Patricia Anne Dolin on the 28th of May 1955. He worked as a customer service agent for United Airlines for 38 years. He was actively involved with his Church and walking groups. He loved to watch sports. Milford is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Anne Dolin, his parents, Preston & Ollie Dolin and his siblings, Ruth McGuire, Lawrence Dolin, Preston Jr. & Melvin Dolin. Milford is survived by his sons: Roy & his spouse, Dana, Randall & his spouse, Amy & Richard & his spouse, Kate. 8 Grandchildren, Brandon Dolin, Justin Dolin, Joshua Dolin, Tami Dolin, Cynthia Dickerson, Travis Dolin, Alexandra Dolin & Sara Dolin. 8 Great Grandchildren, Ariane, Micah, Siri, Judah, Kylie, Jolie, Carter & Justin & 1 step grandson, Danny. Also survived by ex-daughter-in-laws, Mary, Nancy & Diane, along with special friend Suzanne. |
