From Newhall Home

July 17, 2001: Cupboard handles, donated by Laverne Booth of Newhall. Circa 1940s, from a home that originally stood on the east side of San Fernando Road, just south of Lyons Avenue, where Hammond Lumber Co. and, now, the Santa Clarita Community Center is located. The house was moved to 25042 Walnut Street.

Made of bakelite (an early polymer), the drawer pulls measure 4 inches in length. Donation includes 19 black, 17 yellow and 5 blue.
