Unless an exempted project, this Corps Consultation Review Document must be completed by
California Conservation Corps and Community Conservation Corps staff and accompany applications
for projects or grants seeking funds through Proposition 1, Chapter 6, Protecting Rivers, Lakes,
Streams, Coastal Waters and Watersheds. Non-exempt applications that do not include this document
demonstrating that the Corps have been consulted will be deemed “noncompliant” and will not be
considered for funding.

APPLICANT WILL INCLUDE COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT AS PART OF THE PROJECT APPLICATION.
