College of the Canyons students have something to look forward to in the Spring of 2020. There will be a new Science Center at the Canyon Country campus.
The center will be a four-story building filled with classrooms and labs for students and staff to use. Although specific details about the classrooms, labs, and offices is currently unavailable, the new center can guarantee to satisfy the needs of current and future students.
Along with the center, Lundgren Management is working on building a plant that will provide heating and cooling to the building. Construction is also underway to prepare for future buildings that are in the plans.
While the science center is being built, visitors, students, and staff should be aware of temporary parking and road closures.
The new road dedication for Doctor Diane Van Hook, called Dr. Diane G Van Hook Drive is one of the roads temporarily closed.
