Henry Mayo opens new fitness and rehabilitation center

Henry Mayo announced the grand opening of the art fitness center at Valencia’s Town Center Drive on Sept. 10, 2016. The event allowed the community to have a first look at the pristine facility.

The fitness director, a College of the Canyons alumna, provided tours featuring the facility. The facility contains: cutting edge strength machines, cardio deck with personal viewing screens, free weights, state-of-the-art computerized workout tracking programs, an anti-gravity machine, indoor cycling studio, outdoor pool, lap swimming/water class, basketball/volleyball courts, steam and sauna, child care and access to high quality locker rooms.

What makes this fitness center special? What sets the facility apart from any other gym? Well, Henry Mayo has incorporated physical therapy and sports rehabilitation services into the center.

The facility is so state-of-the-art that professional athletes and celebrities utilize their services. Henry Mayo’s fitness center offers services such as the Alter G Antigravity treadmill, Adult Neuro Rehabilitation, Lymphedema Therapy, Hand Therapy, Speech Therapy and Treatment for Pelvic Floor Disorders and Temporo-Mandibular (TMI) Disorders, to name a few.
