2-car collision near Cal Arts injures 1

A two car collision  just feet from Cal Arts sent one unidentified female to the hospital around 3:00 p.m.

The driver of a white pickup, which was one of the vehicles involved, said he was making a left from McBean Parkway onto Tournament Road when he collided with a black sedan.

Drivers of both cars were able to safely exit both vehicles but a female passenger in the black car was transported to Henry Mayo.

The accident backed up traffic  on Tournament Road just a few feet south of McBean Parkway.
