Cougars head coach Coach Phil Marcellin gave words of encouragementnt to the team after the game.
“I’ve got to flush the fact we lost out and have to throw out the last ten minutes,” Marcellin said.
“[I] have to be encouraging and try to improve on their mistakes,” he said.
“For the mass majority of the game I think we were pleased with the performance of our team. We need to do a better job of taking our chances and create a lot of good chances,” he said.
“We got frustrated at the end because our chances went resulting in goals and we got our head down but I think we matured from this game.”
The Cougars face Chaffey College Friday at 4 P.M.
