Golfers and wine lovers reunited at Robinson Ranch for the 5th Annual Fool’s Paradise Tournament and wine tasting.
Single mothers outreach is an organization that help serve single parents living in the community.
This event was created to help Single Mothers Outreach while combining golf, enjoying delicious food and getting samples from the best wines in California.
“Initially holding a golf tournament was just primarily to raise money for our program and services,” event organizer DaAnne Smith said.
“We realized the men that came to the event were really often moved of the stories of the families we support” she said.
The golf tournament started with registration in the morning, tee times at noon and wine tasting in the late afternoon.
Golfers enjoyed plenty of golf throughout the day, enjoying drinks and driving the golf carts. The event finished with award presentations and a executive Mexican buffet.
One of the participants that has been to most of the Fools Golf tournament contributed to the cause once again.
” This is a good reason to play a little golf and support a good cause”, Bryan Tippy said. “Its fun to do some manly stuff, get together and play golf.”
