Wednesday is the long awaited iPhone media event, hosted by Apple in San Francisco’s Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, where the next generation handset will be revealed.
The new iPhone is expected to be a major refresh with changes to the design of the handset, including a 4 inch display at a 16×9 ratio. It is also rumored to support 4G LTE.
iOS 6 is also expected to be announce alongside the new device, supporting turn-by-turn navigation and 3D maps of cities called “flyover.”
There are many people who have been waiting for this product including Thomas McCarthy, a student at College of the Canyons.
“I want a phone with a bigger screen, turn by turn gps would defiantly be a determining factor” said McCarthy.
Many prospective buyers hope that these features will be present in the fifth generation iPhone.
