COC staff member found unconscious in campus maintenance building

An unconscious man was found in a campus maintenance facility Tuesday morning.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies, the Los Angeles County Fire Department and College of the Canyons Campus Safety officials responded to a call of an unconscious man found in a College of the Canyons maintenance building.
Officials say they received an overdose call at 11:07 a.m. and arrived at the scene five minutes later to find the COC maintenance worker on the floor of the facility after campus safety kicked a door down.
The victim later regained consciousness before being transported to Henry Mayo Hospital.
