Santa Clarita Street Fair: Craft, Food, Music. Check It Out!

It is not a secret that the City of Santa Clarita is one of the main entertainment spots in Southern California.

The city offers various seasonal events that includes tennis and golf tournaments, awesome concerts, pow-wows, festivals, and numerous fairs.

One of the regular events in the SCV is the Santa Clarita Street Fair. It takes place every fourth weekend of every month at the College of the Canyons, adjacent to the football stadium.

The street fair offers a monthly marketplace, live music, vendors from all over the area, gourmet food trucks, and crafts. Other attractions make the scene a popular choice for families.

The Santa Clarita Street Fair has various gourmet food trucks that are at COC on Saturdays between 11:00am and 2:00pm and Sundays 12:30pm – 3:00pm.

In addition each Sunday between 8am and 12pm, COC, hosts a Certified Farmer’s Market that is also in the College of the Canyons parking lot on Sundays.
The local farmer’s Market offers a great variety of healthy wholesome food from professional grocers that sell fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, honey, and many more items.

Organizers and sponsors of the Santa Clarita Street Fair always try to keep the event fresh and interesting and that’s why they continue looking for new vendors, entertainment and attractions for people to enjoy every month.

But entertaining the community and beyond isn’t the fair’s only mission. 10% of all money collected at street fair event always goes to the SCV Emergency Winter Shelter.

The Santa Clarita Street Fair is always free and open to the public from 9am to 5pm, Saturday and 8am-3pm, Sunday. And as event organizers remind us, parking is plentiful.
