Fire Nearly Out in Agua Dulce
Hot and dry weather led to a number of fires burning across Southern California over the Labor Day weekend.
A fire that began yesterday, burned 500 acres in Agua Dulce and injured a firefighter and a civilian.
The blaze which began at a trailer park near Wagon Wheel Road burned a pair of structures.
Officials estimate the fire is 70 percent contained.
Fire near Tehachapi
A small plane crash that killed two people near Bakersfield is being blamed for a 13,000 acre fire that has consumed 12 homes and 13 other structures.
1200 firefighters are currently battling the fire which is only 10 percent contained.
Fire Burns Near Sun Valley
Authorities say children playing with illegal fireworks sparked a small blaze in Sun Valley on Monday.
Responding by ground and air, firefighters from the L.A. County Fire Department, Burbank Fire Department and Angeles National Forest joined forces to successfully combat the blaze in the Verdugo Mountains.
