The Santa Clarita Valley has a long history of turning out some of the best swimmers in the United States. That history is centered right here on the campus of College of the Canyons. Now in its 33rd year, Canyons Aquatic Club trains swimmers from 6 years in age and older. The program has seen graduates compete in the Olympics and even set world records. Canyons shares the college name but is a independent non-profit organization. The swim club also shares COC’s head swim coach, Jeff Conwell who performs double duty running both programs.
