With the upcoming holiday season, many consumers might just seem to be heading towards the tablet aisle for that special someone.
But, hold on, Apple Stores won’t be the only one having what everybody else wants.
Samsung has finally announced its highly anticipated Galaxy Tab, with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint.
This new Galaxy Tab from Samsung will feature a 7-inch TFT display screen, a 1GHz processor in support for the 3D graphics you will be seeing and excellent web searching.
The display will deliver 1024 x 600 WSVGA resolution, with full support of the Android 2.2 operating system, and with Flash Player 10.1, something the Apple iPad does not support.
This will also feature a front-facing and rear-facing camera.
The rear camera will have 3 megapixel for picture taking on the go. For the front of the tab will be a 1.3-megapixel camera and camcorder for video chatting with users with a Wi-Fi connection.
Samsung also announced its Media Hub, which will be an iTunes like service, allowing you to buy and rent movies and TV shows for all Samsung Galaxy Devices.
They did not announce a specific release date, but did say that carriers will have their own unique releases and pricing tablets in the coming months.
