Alicia Parra a Project Technician for the City of Santa Clarita's Economic Development leads an orientation for Santa Clarita Valley Enterprise Zone (SCVEZ) at the University Center at College of the Canyons in Valencia Calif. on May 29, 2012. SCVEZ is a state funded tax reduction program which aids job seekers in the Santa Clarita Valley to find jobs at businesses within the Enterprise Zone.
