The final election results of Santa Clarita’s city council election are in. As of last Tuesday, incumbents Marsha McLean and Laurene Weste secured enough votes to be re-elected.

The winner of the third seat was declared to be too close to call as the margin between incumbent Frank Ferry and contender David Gauny was revealed to be a mere 69 votes.

After one week of talling and one day of recounting, the results are clear. As of this afternoon, City Council Incumbent Frank Ferry was officially re-elected for another term.
